When a company has between 40 and 400 employees, they usually find themselves in the untenable position of being too large to ignore Security and too small to have a full time Corporate Security staff. Usually, each vendor becomes the "Security Consultant" for that product or service. Unfortunately, there is no one truly protecting the company. More than fifteen years ago I began solving that very problem. The method is simple and the program is simple to understand. The CEO of the client firm appoints me as the Corporate Director of Security/Safety and Risk Management. The client's employees are then led to believe that my staff and I are actually on the firm's payroll and performing the functions of a proprietary Security/Safety/Risk Management Department.
